Loudoun Avenue bathroom after renovation, featuring a new white double-sink vanity with quartz countertop and matching mirror

The project

Loudoun Rd

Lori and Joe had been wanting to freshen up their bathrooms but did not want to do a full renovation.

Lori and Joe were getting tired of their dated bathrooms, but didn’t want to get rid of the fixtures that were still in great condition or go through the disruption that a full demolition and renovation can cause.

After talking with Lori and Joe we came up with a plan that we would create a larger vanity area to include better storage and more space to get ready in the mornings in their ensuite bathroom. We chose a new vanity that matched the aesthetic and cabinets in the kitchen area to ground the renovation and tie it to the rest of the home.

For their main bath, Lori wanted to update the vanity area but keep the layout as is, as the space was functional, just dated. We refaced the vanity, took out the old laminate counter, installed a new quartz counter, changed the vanity light and repainted the space to create a brighter bathroom that felt new at a fraction of the cost of a full bathroom renovation.
